What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)?
EFT, commonly known as "Tapping", is a powerful evidence-based technique that combines elements of cognitive therapy and acupressure. It works by tapping with the fingertips on specific meridian points on the face and body while simultaneously focusing on a negative emotion, memory, or physical sensation.
This process sends calming signals to the amygdala — the brain's stress centre — reducing the emotional charge associated with difficult memories or feelings. The result is a rapid, often permanent shift in how the mind and body respond to triggers, trauma, and stress.

What to expect in a session
An EFT session with Sunil runs 60 minutes. You remain fully clothed and seated comfortably. Sunil guides you through identifying the specific issue, rating its intensity, and then tapping through a sequence of meridian points while voicing the emotion or belief. Most clients notice significant relief within a single session. Multiple sessions may be recommended for deeper or longstanding issues.
