Pathya (Haritaki), Aksha (Bibhitaki), Dhatri (Amla), Bhunimba, Nisha (Turmeric), Nimba (Neem), Amruta (Guduchi).

Dosage

5–10ml before food or on an empty stomach, once or twice daily with a small amount of jaggery, or as directed by your Ayurvedic physician. As tablets: 2 tablets, twice daily before food with jaggery. Best avoided during pregnancy; those with diabetes should use under close medical supervision.
